The Department of Environment and Climate Change NSW (DECC) Sustainability Advantage program is proud to launch a podcast series featuring global sustainable business expert, Dr Bob Willard.
Designed to help business to better understand and act on environmental issues, the eight part interview series covers topics such as the business case for sustainability, how to generate internal support for sustainability, sustainability and small to medium enterprises and extending sustainability to your supply chain.
The series kicks off with Episodes titled, The growing relevance of sustainability to all and Asset management... the bottom line on sustainability. Eight episodes are available in this series.

Dr Bob Willard is a leading expert on the business value of corporate sustainability strategies and in the last three years he has given over 180 keynote presentations to corporations, consultants, academics, and non-government organisations.
During his 34-year career, Bob has held leadership positions in marketing, technical support, education, and human resources, including 20 years in management. Since taking early retirement in 2000, he has worked full time on applying his business and leadership development experience to engage the business community in proactively avoiding risks and capturing opportunities associated with sustainability.
Bob has also written two books The Sustainability Advantage: Seven Business Case Benefits of a Triple Bottom Line (New Society Publishers, 2002) and The Next Sustainability Wave: Building Boardroom Buy-in (New Society Publishers, 2005).
Sustainability Advantage is a DECC initiative which currently partners with over 150 companies to build more sustainable businesses. The program offers a management diagnostic tool and a series of modules and individually tailored projects including:

- Resource efficiency
- Supply chain management
- Stakeholder and employee engagement
