Living Sustainably

Issue 3 - Oct 2006

Industry sectors have a significant opportunity to integrate environmental strategies within their business planning and deliver savings to their bottom lines.

The Environmental Action Series are being produced for small to medium-sized businesses, with information on best practice environmental management, environmental responsibilities, and updates on the recent changes to the Protection of the Environment Operations Act.

Developed in consultation with industry and local government, the Furniture and Timber Product Manufacturers guide is now available.

From mid 2007 guides will be released for Marinas, Boatsheds and Slipways, Smash Repairers, Composites Manufacturers, Printers, Service Station Operators, and Auto Servicing and Mechanical Repairers.
