Australia's premier national science awards program, the Eureka Prizes, is open for entries and nominations.

This year there are 18 prizes on offer in four categories, including:

The Office of Environment and Heritage proudly sponsors the Eureka Prize for Environmental Research. This prize is awarded for research in biological, physical, mathematical or biomedical sciences leading to the resolution of an environmental problem.
