At Bunnings, we believe that our operations are sustainable when they are socially acceptable, environmentally sound and economically viable.

Our focus in this area is to establish a platform for our continued drive towards sustainable development in these key areas:

• efficiency in use of energy, water and services;
• procuring products from suppliers who operate sustainably;
• assisting customers to make sustainable product choices;
• reducing unnecessary product packaging; and
• adhering to the "3R" principles of waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).
