Visit the DECC website for government resources

The Department of Environment and Climate Change NSW (DECC) website includes a range of environmental resources to help councils with their local activities. The website is regularly updated so keep an eye out for new resources available.

Have a look at the DECC website now to check out some new materials and old favourites including:

• Model Waste and Recycling Collection Contract which is a tool to help councils streamline the tendering process and deliver a quality service.
• Multi Unit Dwelling (MUDs) Illegal Dumping Kit which has been developed in response to the difficulties many urban councils are experiencing with illegal dumping around MUDs.
• Education campaign materials for litter prevention such as 'Don't be a tosser'.
